Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via WhatsApp at +974 52075387 for return address information. For custom-made products, please note that they cannot be returned as they were made specifically for you. The replacement will be of equal or higher value.

Product Replacement
You can return the item within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided it is in new, unworn, and unaltered condition, and in its full original packaging. We recommend using a service that ensures and tracks the return shipment.

Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once goods have been dispatched, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier company. We always ensure that items are carefully packed and protected.

Refused Deliveries
If the buyer refuses to accept the goods, only 50% of the transaction will be refunded.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important Notice for Non-US Customers
Custom fees are not included in your purchase. The amount of import tax may vary according to the laws of your country.
